Introduction to Insight Focused Therapy - by Pauline Skeates
Introducing a new model of counselling for the Christian world.
The concepts of IFT are drawn from ideas inspired by latest neurobiological research, mindful-awareness techniques and Christian spirituality. It is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that incorporates attitudes of grace and kindness. Helping people discover insights that will move them on, beyond old ways of thinking and behaving, into a more abundant and peaceful way of life.
