Couples Intensive: We also offer an intensive couples week where you will attend counselling every day for four hours over five working days. An intensive of this kind allows you and your partner to engage in an in depth process where your relationship can be analyzed and unpackaged. Unhelpful patterns can be addressed and a deeper understanding of each other achieved. This unforgettable week will propel you into the future with a greater understanding of each other, being uniquely equipped to build on solid foundations.
Art Therapy and Art Workshops featuring Insight Focused Therapy: We offer opportunities for individuals or small groups to participate in weekend or day workshops in a nurturing and creative environment where expression can be given to your innermost self and your essence discovered. These workshops will be facilitated in a safe and professional way by experienced therapists.
